Notes for non-certified Balloons -
I certify that the basket and balloon will not leave the ground and the above balloon(s) will have a minimum third party insurance also comply with the 2005 EU directives.
I agree to compensate the organisers and landowner of the inflation day against any claims made against them as a result of the above balloon(s) during the day.
I fully understand that any and all inflations during the day are subject to the permission of the inflation day organisers through the dedicated safety officer appointed by them and accept their authority on all operational matters during the day.

Guidelines
Briefing
This will begin at 8am and every pilot must attend, the briefing area will be decided in due course.
Insurance
All balloon owners and operators must comply with the 2005 EU directives.
MET
Our dedicated met person on the day will address the weather, we will observe the weather a few days before the event whether to postpone or cancel the day.
Sunrise/Sunset
Sunrise will be at 05.57AM and Sunset 20.03PM
Propane
Please arrive with full cylinders, unless traveling from abroad where we can accommodate refueling.
Legal Requirements
Pilots are reminded for their obligation in respect of the validity of licenses including current medicals and compliance with the ANO.
Car Parking
All vehicles on site will be directed by our volunteers where to park on the field.
Food and Drink
This will be available from multiple caterers on the field.
Facilities
The inflation day will be held at Snake Meadows in Saltford the club field for the Bath Balloon Club, there will be toilets and catering available on the field.
